Women’s Self-Defense Class

Tri-State Women in STEM is hosting this event.
Join us for an informative evening with demonstrations on how to protect yourself and love ones. Bring a friend or daughter, the minimum age is 12. This class is being taught by fellow twiSTEM member Nancy Cutrell.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that will not restrict your motion!

We’ll have a light meal catered by Acropolis.

Time of the class is 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
5:30 – 6:00 : Arrival and Food time
6:00 – 7:30: Instruction and Demonstrations

Cost per Attendee $15.00/person

Ciholas Inc. is located on the east side of Bell Road behind Acapulco Mexican Restaurant. There is a long drive that goes to the building.
