Open Innovation Luncheon

Challenged by the increasing rate of change in the marketplace, corporations are seeking ways to get to market faster, deliver greater value to customers, and better manage costs. Open innovation, with an emphasis on collaborating externally and internally, has helped corporations achieve these goals. Max Layman, an Innovation Program Manager at Rolls-Royce, will speak about how they manage innovation within the corporate environment.
