This conference serves as an extension of the Association for Computing Machinery’s (ACM) Celebrations of Women in Computing. KYCC-WiC is the first communty college centered regional conference. Our goal is to continue the primary mission of ACM while reaching out to the community college family. This family is intended to include faculty, students and businesses that rely on the community colleges to prepare women and men for today’s technology fields.
The conference will have presentations and panel discussions covering a wide range of computing topics of interest to faculty, students, and industry partners. We welcome participation by anyone interested in advancing technology through broader representation of women.The conference is for men too!
