Regional Opportunity Initiatives, Inc. (ROI) supports economic and community prosperity in the 11 counties of Southwest Central Indiana (now called the Indiana Uplands). ROI is working with regional leaders to develop a series of initiatives focused on connecting education and industry to create a workforce that is prepared for the demands of employers.
In this open conversation, ROI will share an overview of their current regional strategies in education and workforce development and also share opportunities for getting involved. Topics will include ROI’s annual Occupational Needs Assessment of regional key sectors, the Ready Schools Initiative, and work-based learning initiatives.
