Critical turns in human history have come when existing technologies converge, enabling the emergence of whole new technologies. We are experiencing just such a moment.
Today we stand at the convergence of cheap bandwidth, data storage, sensing, software and computational power from Graphics Processing Units (GPU’s).
For June’s First Tuesday, Purdue@WestGate will host experts from nVidia and Hewlett Packard to do our morning Tech Demo and our afternoon News Before Brews deep dive. They will be covering a wide array of topics related to GPU’s and the software used in AI, Blockchain validation, Advanced Analytics, Generative Design, Autonomous Vehicles and technologies we have not even contemplated.
These global experts will be available throughout the day to answer questions and make presentations. They will be tailoring content for everyone from the neophyte to the subject matter expert.
These technologies will be incredibly important to our future and you’ll be able to hang out with the best.
As always, we’ll have open co-working all day with our huge internet pipes and free lunch.
