Today’s Story: Startup Weekend Evansville 2019 Winner STEI – Michael Polley
We are starting up STEI (Safe Tracking of Eloped Individuals) Track Systems LLC from our place at Innovation Pointe. We are working to create a tracking system for dementia and autistic patients to help resolve wandering issues that they develop and try to deter elopement. And in the case of elopement, we are developing a system in place to involve the entire community to help bring the patient home unharmed.
Event Format:
7:30 a.m. – Door Open, get your cup of Evansville Coffee Company coffee
8:00 a.m. – 5 minute or less story highlighting something innovative, entrepreneurial or simply positive happening in our community.
9:00 a.m. – Party’s over – but you are welcome to continue conversations in the Innovation Pointe lobby.
