Today’s Story – Josh McWilliams on APPCOM
Josh McWilliams is Technology Commercialization Coordinatorfor for USI’s Division of Outreach and Engagement. In his role Josh oversees all of the activities of the Eagle Innovation Accelerator including the APPCOM program. APPCOM is an award-winning program which challenges software startups to increasing levels of competition while providing seed capital and access to university resources including students, faculty and facilities to help accelerate their progress. As they say “The proof is in the pudding” and a very fine pudding it is! Our goal is for you to leave Common Grounds excited by the people you just met and anxious to repeat the story you just heard.
Event Format:
7:30 a.m. – Door Open, get your cup of Evansville Coffee Company coffee
8:00 a.m. – 5 minute or less story highlighting something innovative, entrepreneurial or simply positive happening in our community.
8:30 a.m. – Party’s over – but we won’t kick you out.
