Curiously, it is only over the past 20 or so years a scientific consensus began forming that HAPPINESS can be measured. For decades the search has been for pharmaceutical solutions to “unhappiness” but a revolution is underway in developing personal and organizational strategies to improve individual and workplace happiness. 

Jeff Stucke has worked more than 18 years as a licensed mental health professional. He has specific expertise in the area of positive psychology and neuroscience. As a practitioner, his emphasis has been on maximizing human experience through curative interventions.

Jeff has partnered with Michele Meyers to launch Happy Matters, a company focused on developing systems to implement actionable strategies for happiness. A happy workforce is a productive workforce. Happy Matters is developing and delivering game changing systems to improve workplace happiness.
